I know many of you don't want to talk about Christmas yet, but let me tell you about my situation and why I am.

Besides the fact that the news keeps saying we are going to have shipping delays, on December 1st, I will be having surgery on my right wrist. I will be in a cast for two months.

Ugh…two months! That will really cramp my crafter style!

So that is why I am working on all my Christmas decor, shopping and wrapping now. I have to get everything done before surgery.

Anyway….while searching for some new holiday decor, I found some of the best Christmas items at Walmart.

This year, I am choosing to go more traditional, but you know how I love color. So, when I saw Walmart's "Packed Party" line, I just had to share it.

Vintage or what some are calling nostalgic decor has really made a comeback. I've read several articles that say it has to do with walking through the Covid pandemic and learning to appreciate the simple things again.

I feel that. I really do.

Speaking of nostalgic, who had one of those ceramic Christmas trees with the little lights, in their home, growing up? You can't see me, but I am definitely raising my hand.

Well, if you don't know what happened to that tree, take heart! I have found one for you at Walmart and again, the price point is amazing.

It's pink and cute and colorful too!

Good old fashion red is my main go to this Christmas.

I am sure there will be some green and cream decor thrown in there too.

Oh, and don't forget the plaid, touches of gold and fresh pine!

I have three sons and two daughter-in-laws. The guys have red stockings and the girls cream. Walmart has some beautiful stockings this season that would look perfect on my bannister! What's not to love about fur on your stockings…for only $9.98!?
